All orders are processed within 3 business days.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATED
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-8 business days
Shipment Cost: Free
USA: Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Lay Out Line, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.
DAMAGES
Lay Out Line, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
LIMITED WARRANTY
Lay Out Line, LLC warrants their products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Rapid Rafter agrees, as its only liability under this limited warranty and during the warranty period, to repair or replace any product determined by Rapid Rafter to be defective. No damages or other remedies are available.
To make a claim please email support@rapidrafter.com and provide proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on an original dated sales receipt.
